The repair process

What to expect once you choose us as your repair facility.

1 · Estimate & approval
Your estimate is prepared, you sign the repair authorization and the insurance company approves the work.
2 · Parts & scheduling
Parts are ordered and received, and your vehicle is scheduled for repairs.
3 · Teardown & supplement
The vehicle is disassembled and re-inspected; a supplement is filed if needed and approved.
4 · Structural repair
The vehicle is set on the unibody repair machine; new panels are installed and checked for fit; corrosion protection is re-applied.
5 · Paint
Prepped, primed and blocked, masked, chemically cleaned and tacked, then a multi-step refinish in the paint booth.
6 · Delivery
Re-assembled, aligned, road tested and detailed — then delivered back to you.

Things to know after an accident

From our “Things to Know” page.

Your choice of shop
Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
One estimate is enough
The insurer can come to your home, work or meet with you at the shop.
Compare carefully
A lower estimate may not include all necessary work or the same kind of parts — ask about OEM parts.
Ask about warranty
Ask how long the shop has been in business and what repair warranty it offers.
